Tonight, I am reviewing Everything, Everything by Nicola Yoon. I had never read any of her work prior to this book. It was recommended to me by a friend. I hate to admit it but I wasn't sure I would like it when I first encountered it. Any quotes below are from the text and are not my words. 

Imagine living your entire life with the knowledge that if you step outside into the world that you would most likely die. Always seeing the world from behind the thick glass of your windows. Your diet is controlled. Your activities closely monitored. You are a prisoner in your own world because of your illness. 

Enter the new neighbors. You are intrigued by them and find yourself drawn to the window. This book tackles human curiosity in that aspect. It is hard to say that I wouldn't find myself watching out the window every opportunity that I encountered. I would be so curious about the new neighbors. The characters in this book are extremely relatable. They could be people that I know. They could be me. 

This was a well written novel. I read it in one sitting. I could not put it down. I wanted to know what was going to happen. I am giving it Four Red Books because while it was good it had moments where it didn't flow that well. It felt rushed in some aspects. That being said, I would recommend it.
