Book Description: When Tate Collins meets airline pilot Miles Archer, she knows it isn’t love at first sight. They wouldn’t even go so far as to consider themselves friends. The only thing Tate and Miles have in common is an undeniable mutual attraction. Once their desires are out in the open, they realize they have the perfect set-up. He doesn’t want love, she doesn’t have time for love, so that just leaves the sex. Their arrangement could be surprisingly seamless, as long as Tate can stick to the only two rules Miles has for her.

Never ask about the past.
Don’t expect a future.

They think they can handle it, but realize almost immediately they can’t handle it at all.

Hearts get infiltrated.
Promises get broken.
Rules get shattered.
Love gets ugly.

Hello Readers.

Anyone that truly knows me knows that I have great love for Colleen Hoover's work. This book was the first one that I read. I have a friend that we joke about being a "Coho Pusher" because she always manages to slip a reference in conversations. She talked about them constantly and kept recommending them to me. To be honest, I was determined not to read any of these books because of stubbornness. I am that way at times. Moving on...

As I mentioned, this book was the first one of her work that I read and it set the bar very high. From page one, I was invested. I wanted to know everything that I could know about the characters. They were complex and so much like people I know. Writing truly relatable characters is not an easy task. Hoover not only pulled it off but made the reader want to adopt them. These characters left the pages and went with me throughout my days. I wondered how they would respond to situations that I encountered. To say that I was impressed is an understatement.

I am rating this book Five Blue Books because it fueled a passion. It made me want to read every book that the author had written and I now preorder new books as soon as they are announced. There are only a handful of authors that have that power over me. Colleen Hoover has become one of them and I will always think of my experience with this extraordinary book when I think of her.  Highly recommend.
